Our seasonal vegetarian puree changes weekly based on the produced supplied by our local small farming friends at Broom and Brine.

Ingredients:

The products base is made with red lentils (soaked & soured), slow cooked in a vegetable broth and turmeric.
The base of the product is rich in iron, fibre and anti-inflammatory properties.
The vegetable component will change fortnightly.

This fortnight’s vegetable is orange carrots.

WHY IS EATING SEASONAL IMPORTANT:
