Grass-Fed Beef Bone Broth
Bone broth is a nourishing and a nutritionally beneficial food for both you and your baby. Long coined by traditional cultures for its healing properties as it has a rich source of minerals, nutrients and is easy on the tummy. This is a great weekly staple to cook with, add to meals and drink to add additional daily nutrients.
Ingredients:
Tasmanian grass-fed beef bones, Nichols Poultry (Free Range) Chicken Wings, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.
*No added salt, onion or garlic to minimise any potential irritations for baby’s from 6-8 months old.
Preparation:
Cooked for 12 hours.
How to use:
Heat up and drink straight
Use to soak and cook with instead of water. For example, to cook rice, poach meats, base for soups, bolognese and slow cooked meats
Add to baby’s purees
Great in small amounts from an open cup or sippy cup for babies
Freeze into ice cubes for the baby to drink on a hot day (great, to soothe teething gums)

Use within 5 days of made date.
Refrigeration is necessary and freezing leftovers is encouraged.
